• if you need to rent the car with a driver we have that arrangement for you, you will have to advise us on time and also tell us your program we shall avail you a driver that meets your expectations. we have professional driver who knows each and every destination in east Africa.  If you need our driver the rates range from: $35–$50 per day including all his associated expenses .
• Hiring a local driver is recommended if you’re unfamiliar with Ugandan roads or prefer not to self-drive.
• Some rental agencies include a driver in the package, but fuel and tips are often excluded.

3. Comprehensive Insurance#Car Rental Extra

• Included: All the cars rented comes with a comprehensive insurance,  Most rental cars come with basic third-party insurance. Full comprehensive coverage for damages, theft, or accidents

4. GPS Navigation System

• If you need a GPS  its better you let us know, gps can help you to navigate the entire east Africa with a lot of easy with out getting lost in remote areas. A gps Cost between $5–$10 per day.
• Alternatively, consider using offline maps like Google Maps or Maps.me to save costs.

5. Roof Racks/Storage Add-ons#Car Rental Extra

• Cost: $10–$20 per trip.
• Useful for carrying extra luggage or equipment for camping or safaris.

6. Camping Equipment

• If one choose to book a car with a roof top tent, we are always available to offer you full camping equipment and sleep on the top of the roof. this saves you a lot on the money you have used on accommodation and use it for shopping. camping equipment range from Cost: $5–$30 per day.
• camping equipment include tents, sleeping bags, cooking equipment, and other gear for travelers exploring Uganda’s national parks or wilderness.

7. Baby Seats

• If traveling with a kid you can ask for a baby seat, baby seat costs Cost between: $5–$10 per day. A must-have for families traveling with young children.

8. Additional Driver

• some companies charged of additional driver, however if renting from car rentals Uganda, any one interested to go behind the wheel can as long as he/she sighs on the contract, additional drivers to some companies  Cost: $10–$15 per day.

9. Border Crossing Fees

• Car Rental Extra, For boarder crossing, if someone is crossing boarder with a rental car, an extra fee for boarder crossing comes in  and this range from $50, depending on the destination country.
• If you plan to drive into neighboring countries like Rwanda, Kenya, or Tanzania, inform the rental agency in advance and pay the required fees ad driving across calls in for extra fee.

10. Delivery or Pickup Fees

• For pick-up points out side Kampala or at any boarder points an extra fee comes in, this includes fuel fee and drivers expenses, Cost: depends on the distance

13. Permit Assistance

• Agencies assisting with gorilla and chimpanzee permits may charge a service fee (around $20–$50 per permit). contact us on time if you need to get your permits for gorilla and chimpanzee get booked for you, we can offer free of charge booking if you book the car from us .
