Well, when reserving a car we request that you pay 30% of your car hire period by wiring to our bank account. And the rest of the balance is paid in cash when picking the vehicle. Renting a car for self-drive one must be 18 years and above, must have a valid driving license (international driver’s license for foreign travelers.

Car Rentals Uganda cancellation policies apply on confirmed reservations with deposits made, every level of cancellation has vary terms and conditions.

Confirmation reservations are after a deposit of 30% of the car rental period, for cancellations made within 24hrs prior to dates of car rental use, we make 100% refund.

We do not offer refunds in case you cut your trip short, you can only get a refund upon prior notice and negotiation (Terms and conditions apply).

No refunds will be given for rentals ended early, for late collections, for no shows or for cancellations made after the rental start date.

All our car rentals are comprehensively insured, and have third party insurance, when renting them you don’t need to buy insurance. When opting to cross borders with the car rental, then have to buy the COMESA insurance which is purchased at the border. When notify us, we can help you purchase the COMESA insurance which cost around $50.

Our car rentals are able to drive across borders, we have stronger car that can penetrate the hard roads of Serengeti, Ngorongoro conservation and Maasai Mara reserve. When wishing to rent a car and cross borders, notify us that we arrange all documentation needed to cross the borders. Clients are not allowed to cross borders with the car when the company was not notified about it.
